Dr. Eris founded Divorce Doctor in light of her own life story. She, herself, is a child of divorce. This process was excruciating for her and she wanted to help other families have a Better Divorce, by giving them the tools and support that she didn’t have. Her past has become her life’s mission to help as many couples and individuals let go of their personal baggage, stop repeating the same patterns, and create healthier relationships – even in the most difficult times.

Dr. Eris holds a doctorate degree in marriage and family therapy and guides people all over the world toward making positive and lasting life changes and reinventing themselves from the inside out. Clayton co-founded Divorce Doctor in light of his own life experience. He is a child of multiple divorces, which inspired him to find tools to help other children and families going through similar circumstances. Bryan Scott Henry founded Divorce Doctors®, a leading national family divorce mediation group, with his partners Ricky Gordon and Anthony Beisler. Their mediators are highly trained professionals and screened selectively to be the best and the brightest. Their mediators are articulate, confident, effective listeners, empathetic, flexible, honest, imaginative, impartial, intelligent, neutral, non-defensive, non-judgmental, objective, patient, positive, respectful and resourceful.
Bryan received his Juris Doctor Degree from Stetson University College of Law and has practiced various areas of law including Personal Injury, Workers Compensation and Social Security for over 38 years. In 1999, Bryan became a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and in 2005 he earned his certification as a Family Mediator. While continuously fighting for the rights of the injured and disabled throughout his career, he has continued to develop his skills as a mediator in multiple areas of the law with an emphasis on complex family matters. His calming demeanor and low key mannerisms, along with his complete understanding of family law, has enabled Bryan to successfully mediate hundreds and hundreds of domestic issues.
Bryan mediates cases involving initial domestic filings, allocation of parental responsibilities, child support and parenting modifications and complex parenting plans, relocations and property settlements. He continues to fight for the injured and disabled, and prides himself as a compassionate, dedicated family mediator, always striving to realize that every family case is individual and unique and all deserve peaceful resolution of their issues.
Greg Binns is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFC 51819). Greg’s approach to therapy is compassionate, nonjudgmental, flexible and creative. In addition to offering one-on-one counseling, Greg works with couples, families, and larger groups in helping them have a Better Marriage, a Better Divorce and inspiring them to become Better Parents. Greg helps individuals and their loved ones confront challenges in many areas of their lives including substance abuse; men’s issues, dysfunctional relationships, and problems of young adulthood; anxiety and panic; childhood trauma; domestic violence; compulsive sexuality and other compulsive behavior; and depression and other mood disorders.
Relying upon the ever-expanding body of scientific psychopathology research, Greg employs Western treatment modalities while maintaining a therapeutic perspective that is informed by traditional Buddhist conceptions of self-actualization, emotional fulfillment and the nature of consciousness.
Greg’s early academic background reflects his interests in theoretical physics and Eastern philosophy. In 1986, Greg graduated summa cum laude from North Carolina State University, earning dual Bachelor of Science Degrees in Physics and Geology. In the early 1990s, when Greg was pursuing graduate studies at Harvard University’s Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences, a colleague lured him to San Francisco, where Greg embarked on a successful career in information technology. About ten years ago, Greg decided to leave the dot-com world and return to the academy, earning his Master’s Degree in Integral Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies and starting a new career as a psychotherapist.
With a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology (IMF 83724) from Antioch University, Megan has helped families and individuals through various capacities from working with children, families, adults, and couples at The Early Childhood Development Associates to serving Aids Project Los Angeles to making Second Chances Counseling Center and Divorce Doctor her home.
Megan’s mission is to create a safe, nurturing, non-judgmental environment in which clients can explore feelings, resolve painful issues from the past and present, improve relationships, and achieve fulfillment. Her passion for learning about and improving relationships, including her own marriage, helps make Megan an excellent couple’s therapist, whether it’s helping a couple have a Better Marriage, a Better Divorce, or becoming Better Parents. She aims to help individuals, couples and families create more loving, supportive, and deeply satisfying relationships by teaching effective communication and enhancing emotional connection. Her approach is based in Solution Focused, Mindfulness-Based, Cognitive Behavior, Emotion-Focused, Imago Relationship Therapy and Depth Therapy.
With a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology (IMF 86931) from Pacifica Graduate Institute, Eve uses experience and compassion to help individuals, couples, families, and children heal their pain, reduce anxiety and depression and improve their relationships during and after a divorce. She creates a safe space for people to find solutions, peace and more possibilities while going through such a difficult time in their lives. She does this with an eclectic approach based in Solution Focused, Play Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior, Depth Therapy and more. She strongly believes anyone can create a life they love with the life they have. Eve specializes in working with kids, teens, young adults and helping parents with Better Parenting.

Sepideh earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute (IMF87070). Using an eclectic blend of psychotherapeutic styles, with a solution-based focus, she helps her clients explore new ways of healthy living. As an immigrant and bi-cultural woman, Sepideh recognizes the impact of conflicting cultural expectations and societal demands which shape who we are as individuals. Using tools like analysis, dreamwork, and mindfulness, she helps people navigate anxiety, depression and trauma histories so that they can create the lives they deserve and desire.
Together with her clients, Sepideh creates a safe space for individuals, couples, children, and teens to create better connection in the world—better marriages, better divorces, better parenting—by understanding themselves, nurturing communication, and untangling old fears and patterns that prevent people from experiencing their fullest life. She works with clients navigating all types of non-traditional relationships.
Marina has a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, is trained in depth work and spiritual discernment, certified in life coaching and meditation instruction, and has years of study and life experience to provide tools to promote healing and greater consciousness. Her goal in working with clients have a Better Marriage, a Better Divorce, or becoming Better Parents is to help people increase consciousness, deeper meaning and fulfillment.

Along with standard therapeutic and life coaching tools, Marina has a background, which includes Spiritual Direction and a Depth approach in the Jungian and Transpersonal Psychology tradition honoring psyche (soul) and spirit through the body, dreams and story.
Dr. Gregory Cason is licensed psychologist and a teacher and supervisor of Psychiatric Residents at the Cognitive-Behavioral Clinic at the UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior. He is on the Board of Advisors for Second Chances International, Divorce Doctor and co-hosts special services with Dr. Eris.
Dr. Greg has a PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Houston, Internship from The University of Texas at Austin Counseling and Mental Health Center, and a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Clinical Psychology with a specialty in Behavioral Medicine/HIV Mental Health from the UCLA (at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center). All of his doctoral training is accredited by the American Psychological Association.
Additionally, he completed a Fellowship in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy at the Albert Ellis Institute and he is a Diplomate and Certified Cognitive Therapist from the prestigious Academy of Cognitive Therapy.
Previous professional roles include Director of Doctoral Training at the Southern California Counseling Center, Associate Director of Client Services at AIDS Project Los Angeles, and Director of the Counseling Center at Woodbury University. He also taught graduate level Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Learning Theory for over 12 years at California Graduate Institute and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Cason has also served on the Boards of Directors for the Los Angeles County Psychological Association and the Lesbian and Gay Psychotherapy Association.
He has appeared in several documentaries including “The Butch Factor” and “The Adonis Factor” and in the television show “LA Shrinks” on Bravo. He currently is a regular commentator on CNN/HLN and has a bi-weekly column called “Off The Couch” in Frontiers magazine.
Yeshiva Davis is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with an M.B.A. from Northeastern University and a M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. She is on the Board of Advisors for Second Chances International, Divorce Doctor and co-hosts special services with Dr. Eris.
Yeshiva started her career in corporate America. Her career experience focused on relationship management, training, marketing and communication campaigns. Today, she uses those skills to help families foster better communication, curb children’s behavioral problems at home and school and teach adults to manage family relationships.
Yeshiva uses a series of research-supported therapeutic principles to help clients devise successful ways of coping with everyday challenges. She helps families to foster better communication, teaches parents how to “market and sell” their ideas to their children and shows adults how to better manage family relationships to achieve their individual and family goals.
She has been featured on Entertainment Tonight’s “The Insider” and VH1’s “Couples Therapy” as a consulting therapist, providing analysis and facilitating therapeutic interventions. As a speaker and trainer, Yeshiva’s innovative therapeutic style helps clients effectively manage the curve balls that life throws their way. By focusing on the positive in lieu of highlighting negative behavior, her work aims to help people achieve lives that are truly satisfying.
